Senior SAP Business Analyst and Project Manager with 13 years of experience, specializing in delivering change, project design and implementation, including vendor management, across the Logistic and Supply Chain disciplines, specifically in FMCG and e-Grocery/e-Commerce.
I identify and deliver savings through detailed process reviews and redesign supported by shop floor and system investigation. I use problem solving techniques, coordinating with IT and external companies to ensure well-balanced, efficient, lean and agile solutions. I have successfully driven the roll out of 3PL and internal interfaces, installation of SAP modules WM, MM, PP, SD and Console in multiple sites within Switzerland, Europe, Africa and South America, including a green field site in Hungary. Most recently this has included designing, planning and implementing multiple automation and conveyor system solutions for Switzerland’s largest e-Grocer, LeShop SA (Migros’ e-grocery business).
I possess strong people skills developed through my exposure to the different cultures and diverse approaches gained when managing global and regional projects. I am able to inform and manage both internal and external stake holders and am a persuasive communicator at all levels, using my three language sets. I’m ambitious, always trying to stretch myself and the teams around me, using Continuous Improvement methodologies at every opportunity. I relish the demands and challenges that project work brings but have also thrived and enjoyed working in operations and shop floor day-to-day business.
