What is the difference between a Sales Office and a Sales Group?

The terms sales office and sales group refer to optional structures that can further help simplify your sales process. Sales office consists of sales group, which represents either an individual salesperson or a group of salespeople. The sales office can be assigned to one or more sales areas. Being optional, quite a number of organizations run their SAP system without either of them.
