How do I track all the documents used for a sequence of sales transactions?


SAP has a feature called Sales Document Flow that shows the entire chain of sales documents as well as their individual status used to fulfil an end-to-end process. It is an easy-to-use feature that can trail sales inquiries, RFQ, sales orders, delivery documents, picking orders, goods deliveries, customer invoices and accounting documents. It indicates the document date and the processing status of each document.
