A sales Area is the most critical component of the sales organizational structure. It is composed of the sales organization, distribution channel and division. The sales organization is the structure that enables the distribution of goods and services; the distribution channel enables customers to purchase goods and services from your company while division enables categorization of the goods and service you sell or render.
