End-users can access SAP Fiori using the Fiori Launchpad on both desktop and mobile devices. One should know the username and the password to login to the Fiori Launchpad or a single sign-on should be enabled in the frontend (gateway) system. The Fiori launchpad may consist of applications to which the end-user has access in the form of tiles. Once the user clicks on any tile, it takes them to the desired application which they would like to use. SAP Fiori can be accessed in any modern-day browser using the URL provided by the system administrators. It can also be accessed on the public internet, provided it is exposed to the internet by performing necessary configurations.
