Overview

Outbound delivery is a step that precedes goods issue in the order-to-cash process. Outbound delivery is basically the execution of delivery of goods to customers, whereas goods issue is the depletion of the inventory to your customer. Therefore, outbound delivery is not accompanied by quantity or value change sin inventory while goods issue is accompanied by such changes.
