What are the types of production processes in SAP?

There are basically three types of production processes in SAP that reflect the typical industrial manufacturing processes. They are discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing and repetitive manufacturing. Production processes refers to an aggregate of the stability, the level of intricacy and the regularity that typifies the manufacturing of a product.
