It is not possible to generate any other subroutine-pool

What causes this issue?

To read the payroll results, an import routine is generated for every
country requested at the time of the run. Generation is possible due to
ABAP restrictions for a maximum of 36 different countries for each
program start.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Leave the report and start it again for the personnel number for which
the error occurred.
