Error when reading archived data

What causes this issue?

You have attempted to access archived payroll results. During the
process, an error occurred that can have the following reasons:
The archiving group from the infotype 0283 does not exist.
The requested data is not in the relevant file.
The file with the archived data cannot be accessed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
