Error when generating the import routine

What causes this issue?

To read the payroll results, an import routine is generated for every
country requested at the time of the run. However, an error occurred
during the process that can have the following causes:
The include that contains the import routine reference could not be
found.
The include contains syntax errors.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
