Do you apply SAP support notes and Hot Packs to fix bugs?


Yes, we do. While we cannot implement all individual OSS notes (there are simply too many of them to do this) we do apply SAP's Hot Packs and other patches. We do this on the first Saturday of every month.

If you have a specific SAP support note you want us to review, please send it to us in an SAP help desk ticket. If the note can be applied automatically, we'll do it for you. If it requires manual work, we can do it, too, but would have to charge for our time, of course.
