Yes, you can import or export ABAP programs within any of our developer access packages. You can export ABAP programs directly in SE37 by going to Utilities > Export. Importing works in a similar way.
 

If you want to save all of your programs under a Workbench Transport, we can export the files for you for an additional charge. When you're ready to transport the files, open a help desk ticket to request them and provide payment. Then we will send you the files via your help desk ticket. Please keep in mind that consulting and transports via the helpdesk are available to private SAP Access customers only.
