SAP S/4HANA - Customer and Pricing Setup

This is the first course in the series for SAP S/4HANA SD101.

This course introduces essential setup tasks for managing customers and pricing in SAP S/4HANA. You will learn how to create and maintain business partners in a customer role, including the required data and role assignments. The course also covers how to add contact persons and ensure their details are reflected in reporting. Finally, it guides you through updating pricing conditions and discounts, helping you understand how product pricing is maintained and executed in the SAP system.

To receive a certificate in this course, you must take all sub-courses and pass the Final Exam with an 80% success rate. Questions in the Final Exam come from the entire series of sub-courses:
