In so many walks of life we try to influence people and situations in a positive direction, to bring about helpful change. How much of an impact we can have will depend on a number of factors, some that we have no control over, but many that we can have a direct or indirect effect on. This course explores what can be done to improve our effectiveness in those areas where we can make a difference. The course introduces the CLEAR framework based on five important elements of good practice.
