What causes this issue?

A setting in the blacklist monitor prohibited the use of method &V1& of
class &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Avoid references to this method. Otherwise, contact the relevant
application component of the document from which the method was called.
