A setting in the blacklist monitor prohibited the use of an element of
class &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Avoid using elements of this class. Otherwise, contact the relevant
application component of the document from which the link to the class
documentation was called.
