Fix propagation not possible

What causes this issue?

If changes to the fixings of aggregate time series are propagated to
aggregated time series objects (propagation of fixing information to
aggregated time series objects), simultaneous changes to the key figure
values of aggregated objects is not allowed.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This problem is due to an error in the application.
