Changed input value of SNP propagation

What causes this issue?

A change to a DP BOM key figure value that was triggered by a change to
a DP key figure value causes a change to the triggering DP key figure
value. This is not permitted.
This problem is due to an error in the application.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create an OSS message as detailed in SAP Note 167280.
