What causes this issue?
Serial numbers were created for the inspection lot in the current
dialog. In this case, you can only use notification processing after
you have saved the defects.
System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Save the defects first, and then call up defects recording.
