Only new created NCD items can be deleted from buffer

What causes this issue?

An internal program error has occurred.
Method &V1& of buffer class &V2& has been called to process <LS>ItemID
</>&V4& of <DS:DE.PSSCITEMGROUPID>ItemgroupID</> &V3&.
Deletion is only supported for new net calculation documents (NCDs)
created and NCD items.

System Response

The system terminates the process.
