Only new created NCD headers can be deleted from buffer

What causes this issue?

An internal program error has occurred.
Method &V1& of buffer class &V2& has been called to process the
<LS>ObjectID </>&V3&.
Deletion is only supported for new net calculation documents (NCDs)
created.

System Response

The system terminates the process.
