Integration with Org. Management is not active for this org. assignment

What causes this issue?

You can control the integration between <LS>Personnel Administration</>
(PA-PA) and <LS>Organizational Management</> (BC-BMT-OM) for various
organizational assignments using the <ZH>PLOGI</> feature. For the
current selected organizational assignment, the integration between
PA-PA and BC-BMT-OM is not active.
