BSW % fraction cannot be less than zero or greater than 100 %

What causes this issue?

A Base, Sediment & Water (BSW) fraction has been passed to the
Quantity Conversion Interface (QCI) which is less than zero or greater
than 100% . This is not possible and would lead to negative quantities.

System Response

The system stops processing.

How to fix this error?

Correct the BSW entry.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
