Document index contains invalid data records (internal error)

What causes this issue?

When reading the documents for determining the business volume data for
rebate arrangement &V1&, the system read data records of document type
&V2& that were lacking the document number and item number. This is
probably due to a program error.

System Response

The data records concerned will be ignored. Otherwise, the function you
requested will be performed.

How to fix this error?

Check the processing of the data for rebate arrangement &V1&.
Contact your system administrator.
