Condition(s) set to inactive for price determination

What causes this issue?

The condition record belonging to rebate arrangement &V1& determined in
the course of the price determination process was not taken into
account in valuating the document.
The exclusion of the condition from valuation may be due to one of the
following reasons:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

An exclusion indicator exists for condition type &V2&
Condition type &V2& belongs to an exclusion group
The document item was deleted (purchasing document)

System Response

No business volume update is carried out as this relates to an update
for the purposes of recompilation. Therefore, deactivation for the
valuation must occur subsequently.
