Message text: Postprocessing records already exist for order &
What causes this issue?
You are posting a goods issue for an order.
The system has noticed that there are already postprocessing records for
this order. These might have come from picking using transaction MB26.
System Response
To avoid multiple withdrawals, the system issues a message.
IF &[SWITCH]S4H_DOCU_ON_PREMISE& = 'X'.
Depending on your Customizing settings this is either an error or
warning message.
How to fix this error?
Check in transaction <DS:TRAN.COGI>COGI</> to see whether you can
correct the postprocessing records. You can also delete them in this
transaction. If you delete them in COGI, the records are available for
re-posting using the Inventory Management transactions.
You can switch off this error message in Customizing, transaction
<DS:TRAN.OMCQ>OMCQ</>, or you can change the message type.
If no postprocessing records exist for the order in COGI, then you
should assume a reference to a reservation. In this case, you can check
for each item, whereas this option is not available for withdrawals for
orders. Check whether message M7 397 is issued during withdrawals for
the reservation.
ENDIF.
