Message text: Postprocessing records exist for reservation &1, item &2

What causes this issue?

You are posting a goods receipt for a reservation.
The system has noticed that at least one item already has postprocessing
records. This might come from picking using transaction MB26. If more
than one postprocessing record exists for a reservation, if the system
issues an error message it will relate only to the last item.

System Response

To avoid multiple withdrawals, the system sends a message.
IF &[SWITCH]S4H_DOCU_ON_PREMISE& = 'X'.
Depending on your Customizing settings, this is either an error or
warning message.

How to fix this error?

Check in transaction <DS:TRAN.COGI>COGI</> to see whether you can
correct the postprocessing records. You can also delete them in this
transaction. If you delete the records in COGI, they are available for
posting again using the Inventory Management transactions.
You can switch this error message off in Customizing, transaction
<DS:TRAN.OMCQ>OMCQ</>, or you can change the message type.
ENDIF.

Procedure for System Administrators
