Incorrect OK code & in mass maintenance

What causes this issue?

This is a technical error that can be resolved only by SAP.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Ask your system administrator to contact SAP, stating the OK code &V1&.
