No information from the application whether changes saved successfully

What causes this issue?

Your changes are saved by the respective application. However, the
application has not signalled whether the changes were saved
successfully or not.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether your changes have been made. You can do this by choosing
<LS>Refresh</> on the overview screen.
