What causes this issue?

No distribution key could be selected for the object you have entered.
For this reason, "distribution as before" will be used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, enter suitable rule entries for the object-dependent
distribution key.
