System has canceled the indicator 'Not relevant'

What causes this issue?

The permit has been determined and assigned automatically. When the
permits were determined automatically later, this permit was no longer
proposed and the indicator <ZH>Not relevant</> set.
However, for the last automatic determination of permits, the permit
was proposed again.

System Response

The system has canceled the indicator <ZH>Not relevant</>.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
