Origin of permit determined is different from the previous one

What causes this issue?

Permit &V1& had been automatically determined and assigned to the
order.
When the permits were determined again, permit &V1& was no longer found
with its first origin. However, permit &V1& is still proposed, but with
a different origin to the order.

System Response

The settings for the newly determined origin have been copied into
permit &V1& and assigned to the order.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
