What causes this issue?

You have selected <LB>For Deletion of Personnel Numbers</> as the
<DS:DE.HRARCH_VETO_TYPE>Veto Check Type</> and you have entered a
combination of infotype and subtype at the same time. This entry is not
allowed.

System Response

The entry is rejected.

How to fix this error?

Do not enter an infotype or subtype if you are creating a check for the
deletion of personnel numbers.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
