What causes this issue?

The borrower change function does not support the conversion of rollover
offers at present.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the rollover offer. If necessary enter the loan in the rollover
file again.
