Contract offer &1 has more than one condition offer - correct this first

What causes this issue?

The borrower change function does not support the simultaneous
conversion of more than one contract offer at present.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete all but one of the contract offers.
