What causes this issue?

All defined applications are not relevant for
<DS:GLOS.803C9CE1CEDA6746B3D23AA1DB99083C> Total Commitment</> and
cannot be used.

System Response

Before you can determine data from the applications for Total
Commitment, you must activate the applications in Customizing.

How to fix this error?

You can set Total Commitment in Customizing for the <LS>SAP Business
Partner for Financial Services</> by choosing <LS>Settings for Financial
Services-> Tools-> Total Commitment-> Set Total Commitment</>.
If necessary, change the <DS:DE.BP_TC_DTE_APPL_RELEVANT> relevance</> or
the <DS:DE.BP_TC_DTE_APPL_SACTIVE> activation status</> of the
application in this IMG activity under <LS>Make Settings for the
Application</>.
