How to fix this error?

Depending on your Customizing settings of SAP NetWeaver Identity
Management, your request can first require a check from an
administrator, or it can be processed automatically.
In the case of automatic processing, do not modify any contact data
until the request was completed.
Depending on the kind of the request, the following can happen:
<ZH>Request Identity:</> An internet user is created in the system. An
e-mail with the logon data is sent to &V1&.
<ZH>Reset Password:</> SAP NetWeaver Identity Management resets the
password of the internet user. An e-mail with the new password is sent
to &V1&.
<ZH>Lock or Unlock User:</> The internet user is locked or unlocked.
<ZH>Change E-mail:</> SAP Netweaver Identity Management sends e-mails
for this internet user to the new e-mail address &V1&.
<ZH>Remove Identity:</> The internet user is deleted.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If you want to verify the changes triggered by the request, note that
any changes to user data might not be reflected until the UI buffer is
refreshed. To trigger a refresh manually, choose the edit pushbutton,
then the cancel pushbutton, so that no changes are made, but the view
and its buffers are refreshed.
