The message type USERCLONE was set to &3 for system &1

What causes this issue?

In the central system, the version of the message type USERCLONE for
the target system &v1& was set from &v2& to &v3&.

How to fix this error?

This means that the newest basic type of the message type USERCLONE is
automatically used, which is available both in the central and the
child system (See SAP Note 389426).
