Check message type USERCLONE for child system &1

What causes this issue?

In the central system, check the version of the message type USERCLONE
for the chlid system &v1&.

How to fix this error?

Use transaction WE20 to check the outbound parameters of the message
type USERCLONE for the child system &v1&. Use the newest basis type for
the message type USERCLONE, which is available both in the central and
the child system (See SAP Note 389426).
