Quota arrangement is used to allocate purchase orders to difference sources of supply for the same material in a structured manner. Quota arrangement contains critical elements such as procurement type, validity period, procurement plant and quota. The quota is the number that indicates the proportion of supply for a material to specific vendors among different sources.
