You can contact your relevant SAP AE (Account Executive) to upgrade the size of the HANA database on the SAP Cloud Platform. They will assist you with anything related to SAP HANA resizing.

Keep in mind that the HANA database name, SAP Cloud Platform Account Name, Possible downtime window for the upgrade, and latest available version of SAP Cloud Platform are required for further processing.
