Warranty Claim Management

SAP developed the Warranty Claim Management solution in parallel with the Vehicle Management System (VMS). However, claim processing is not specific to the automotive industry and so this tool is now available under Plant Maintenance / Customer Service and supports all technical object types. The purpose of this course is to gain an overview understanding of the solution and to be able to create the necessary master data and IMG settings to build a basic business process in your own system.
