What causes this issue?

For the current view the attribute flag <DS:DE.TXW_NODUPS>Eliminate
duplicate records</> has been set. In the current query &V1& duplicate
records were eliminated.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
