What causes this issue?

Warnings occurred when executing a tp command:

Return code: <LS>&V1&</>
Error text: <LS>&V2&</>
Request: <LS>&V4&</>

System Response

The required command was executed, however an error was reported by one
of the tranport tools used by tp.

How to fix this error?

Analyze the reason for the warning and execute the command again if
necessary.
