What causes this issue?

More than one pipeline was defined for a logical pipeline ID.

System Response

Pipeline is not unique.
This is probably a system error.

How to fix this error?

Call the pipeline maintenance function and save the pipeline. If
necessary, you must correct the order of previous pipeline elements.
The error is then automatically corrected.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
