Maintain retention periods for deletion/archiving first

What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

No retention periods have been maintained for the deletion and
archiving of XML messages.
It only makes sense to schedule deletion jobs if you have already
maintained retention periods.

How to fix this error?

Choose <ZK>Define Interfaces for Archiving and Retention Periods</>.
Define the retention periods for the deletion and archiving of XML
messages at least.
You can now schedule deletion jobs.
