Unable to perform action for selected message

What causes this issue?

You cannot perform this action for the selected message. This is either
because no monitoring tool is available for the inbound or outbound
processing (currently only IDoc, RFC, and PE) or because the
corresponding message has not (yet) reached the displayed outbound
channel or queue.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
