Purchase Requisition with Deletion Indicator Cannot Be Changed

What causes this issue?

The purchase requisition &V1& item &V2& (plant: &V3& / material: &V4&)
was changed in SAP APO. In the ERP system, this purchase requisition
has, however, already been deleted (purchase requisition with deletion
indicator).

System Response

The system has not changed the purchase requisition in the ERP system.

How to fix this error?

Use the CIF comparison/reconciliation of transaction data in SAP APO to
remove the data inconsistency between SAP APO (existing purchase
requisition) and the ERP system (deleted purchase requisition).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
