What causes this issue?

An error occurred while setting the indicator for APO relevance
(APOKZ). This happened because the corresponding data record in the
material master data is currently locked.

System Response

The system could not set the indicator.

How to fix this error?

Rectify the inconsistency by using report <DS:REPO.RAPOKZFX>RAPOKZFX</>
at a later point in time.
