Rounding profile & not allowed

What causes this issue?

The rounding profile does not exist.

How to fix this error?

The only profiles permitted on purchasing organization level are
those where plant = space, the profiles with the corresponding plant
entry and the profiles with plant = space are accepted on a
different data maintenance level (plant level).
